Raymond had shared with us from Hong Kong Public Library there are copies of ITIL v3 book available for lend. I had search again and found there are two (2) copies in HKPL collection and one of them already reserved. (by Raymond I presume). Whoever want to borrow the second copy, try to reserve it soon.
