| The ITIL practitioner qualifications count towards the ITIL Expert in Service Management, with following credits awarded: ITILv2 Clustered Practitioner certificate: 3.5 credits@ ITILv2 Single Practitioner certificate: 2 credits@ If a candidate who holds altogether at least 12 credits in ITILv2 (ITILv2 foundation =1.5 credit), he/she is eligible for the V3 Managers Bridge course, but also need to attend the "Managing Across the Lifecycle courses and exams" in ITILv3 scheme, which is leading to ITIL Expert Certification. It will be another story if the candidate doesn't have equivalent credits.... |
