In ITILv2, Service Desk is still translated as 幫助台 in Mainland China; but in ITILv3, it will use 服務台. This is a good news, and don't confuse that with the 服務台 in a hotel ^_^

 

How about "Follow-the-Sun"? This is translated as 向日葵方案, personally, I like this translation.
