This facility allows members of our Chapter and visitors to purchase itSMF titles and other selected ITSM titles on-line all year round with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. itSMF Hong Kong Chapter organized book report sharing evening in Aug 2008 for the ITIL v3 study group members to share their learning experience after studying the ITIL v3 Books "Service Strategy" and "Continual Service Improvement." Life cases and practical experience are covered in the presentation.
