About ITIL V3 Expert in IT Service Management Certification
Highlights about ITIL v3 Expert Certifications:-
Exam Type
No examination required.
Certification
Achieved by accumulating credits through Foundation and Intermediate Level.
Credit requirements
Candidates must obtain a minimum of 22 credits, in which,
1.
2 credits must be from the Foundation module; AND
2.
5 credits must be from the "Managing Across the Lifecycle" module
3.
15 credits must be from the "Capability" stream (4 credits per module) and "Lifecycle" stream (3 credits per module). Candidates are expected to choose a balanced programme overall.
Credit exemptions
Yes. Candidates must successfully complete the relevant Bridge course and examination.
V1 / V2 Managers
V1 or V2 Managers Certificate holder (17 credits) must attend the mandatory V3 Managers Bridge course and pass the examination (5 credits)
