itSMF Annual Conference Recap
itSMF Council, 24 February, 2006

The first-ever Annual Conference of itSMF HK was successfully held on the 19th January, 2006. The full-day event attracted more than 120 participants and was highly rated for its contents and quality. Featured by its three keynote speeches and several end users' experience sharing sessions on ITSM, the Conference met all prescribed objectives in terms of:

• best practices knowledge transfer
• understanding of methods and tools that build competitive edge
• showcase international and local ITSM success experiences
• networking with ITSM users and domain experts

We would like to express our deep gratitude and sincere thanks to all who participated in this event and to all who relentlessly offered their support to contribute to its success. This includes, but not limited to, all our event speakers, sponsors and event coordinators.
