Recap: Workshop: Are you ready for the new version of ITSM - ISO20000:2011?

The fruitful event was successfully held on Friday, 7 October 2011. The speaker, Ms Beata Tang from BSI HK, delivered an informative presentation covering the following topics:
- The History of ISO 20000
- The difference between IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ISO 20000
- What's news in ISO 20000: 2011 version
- Tips of achieving ISO 20000
Audience participation was very active and they raised many interesting questions including the followings:-
- How to make business justification for ISO 20000 project?
- How to persuade colleagues to achieve ISO 20000?
- It is actually a cultural change with IT, how to achieve it?
- How to achieve it without adding any additional resources?
- Can it be achieved without tools?
