Recap of itSMF Conference 2012

The itSMF Hong Kong Annual Conference was held on 22 February 2012 at Langham Place Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The theme of the event was IT Service Management in the CLOUD Era. The participation of over 120 people was very encouraging.
Challenges in Cloud Era, success stories on ITSM implementation, and latest developments on ITSM were presented in the conference. Speakers spoke in the panel discussion and exchanged their views on IT Service Management in the era of Cloud Computing.
