Recap of Chapter's Strategic Planning Workshop on 7th February 2012

A strategic planning workshop was held on 7th February 2012, at Staff Housing Club of Hong Kong Housing Society, Tai Hang, Hong Kong. Council members and key subcommittee members were presented at the session. During the workshop, participants reviewed Chapter's current situation and core values, discussed the direction and goals, and developed draft strategic plans for the coming three years.

"It was a fruitful meeting. We generated many great ideas that will help shape the future of the Chapter", said Mr. Eric Lung, Chairman of itSMF HK Chapter.

Finally, the Council expresses acknowledgement to "KEEP Consulting Limited" for facilitating the workshop.
