Thanks to all who participated, we have a great success on the professional development workshop held in April on the topic of "Effective Change Management".

The topic generated lots of interests and momentum for discussion amongst those who were at the event. Many participants were actively engaged with one another through the insightful discussions, and the sharing of their experiences and knowledge.

We also like to take this opportunity to thank our Speaker and Event Facilitators who had helped make this workshop very informative and a great learning experience for all of us who participated. Their expertise and passion in ITSM added immense value to the outcome of the event.

Going forward, itSMF Hong Kong Chapter will continue to promote the best practices of ITSM among our local practitioners. The following pictures recap the highlights of the events for the Workshop together with our Speaker's presentation attached for our members' reference.
