The Hong Kong Chapter held the third Annual General Meeting on the evening of 30th May, 2008. Mr. H P Suen, Chairman gave the 2007 annual report and Mr. Raymond Yu, Vice Chairman, presented the financial report on behalf of Honorary Treasurer, Mr. Eric Lung, who could not attend the meeting due to prior engagement.

There were 8 council members need to be retired according to the constitution and 6 of them were nominated for re-election namely Mr. HP Suen, Mr. Raymond Yu, Mr. Eric Lung, Ms. Julian Li, Mr. CK Li, and Mr. Fred Sheu. On the other hand, Mr. Wilfred Wah, Director of Communications and Mr. Jason Chan, Director of Internal Affairs decided not to be re-elected for personal reason. We also received three nominees run for the council, namely Mr. Stephen Chan, Mr. Peter Luk and Mr. Sherwin Wong. Voting was conducted with witness of our Company Secretary, Winnie Or. Accordingly, Mr. HP Suen, Mr. Raymond Yu, Mr. Eric Lung, Ms. Julian Li, Mr. CK Li, Mr. Fred Sheu, Mr Stephen Chan and Mr. Sherwin Wong were elected to the council after the counting the votes.

Following this, the elected Council had its first meeting after the AGM, with the council members appointed to the following posts:
