Seeing is Believing -- We will be unveiling the secret of an ISO/IEC 20000 certified organization, Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS). itSMF Hong Kong Chapter is proud to present you a special visit that only happens once in a blue moon!
HKHS, a well established non-profit making organization, acquired ISO/IEC 20000 certification on December 2007 by investing 20 months for implementing the IT Service Management processes. Today, 18 months after attaining the certification, rich hands-on experiences have been accumulated from actual implementation and institutionalization.
We believe this event is practical and valuable as it showcases a way of incorporating ITIL concepts into day-to-day work. You will be benefited by hearing their journey to success as well as the harvests and recommendations gained from ITSM implementation.
