Dear Fellow Members,

Thanks to your participation our membership has been growing steadily and has reached 400 recently. With the numbers comes the diversity. While IT service management was new to all when our chapter was formed in 2005, we now have a mix of experienced practitioners and new comers. It is more important now for us to be closely in touch with your needs and expectations. Thus, we are conducting a members' survey to help the council formulates and plans our future activities.
