Recap: Seminar on IT and Facility Management Convergence

The seminar was successfully held on 24 May 2011 at Hong Kong Housing Society, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
The presentation "IT and Facility Management Convergence" was delivered by Mr. H P Suen, the itSMF Hong Kong International Affairs Director and the Director of itSMF International Executive Board.
The presentation covered the following topics:
- The importance of Facility Management to IT Infrastructure.
- Case study that brought out insights on IT Service Management processes and stages including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Transition, and Continual Service Improvement.
- Facility Management in Service Operation
