5 Visit to Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) on 16 July 2009
The visit to Hong Kong Housing Society was held on 16 July 2009. The event was very fruitful that participants gained valuable knowledge on practicing ITSM via face-to-face discussions with IT professionals of HKHS.
The Hong Kong Chapter expressed sincere thanks to the IT Department of Hong Kong Housing Society for the hospitality and the preparation work. |

6 Establishment of member login accounts on Chapter Web Site
To bring our members closer to the community of IT Service Management, we are establishing online accounts for our members those have not yet registered on our Web Site. All members will shortly be free to access to the community and the knowledge of IT Service Management. Detail arrangement will be announced soon. Stay tuned.

Incident |
(Service Operation) An unplanned interruption to an IT Service or a reduction in the Quality of an IT Service. Failure of a Configuration Item that has not yet impacted Service is also an Incident. For example Failure of one disk from a mirror set. |

(服務維運) 無計畫的IT 服務中斷或是IT 服務的品質方面的降低。組態項目的失效雖然還沒有衝擊到服務,但也稱為事故。例如:一個鏡射的磁碟失效。 |
[简体]故障 |
(服务运营)IT 服务的意外中断或 IT 服务质量的下降。尚未影响服务的配置项失效也是故障。例如镜像组中一块磁盘的失效。 |
