| ITIL Simulation Workshop: Recap |

| "Kudos to the team and ITIL!" |
The interesting race was successfully held on 15 April 2010. Participants enjoyed and gained lots of ITIL knowledge in the event.
Mr. Sherwin Wong, Director of Professional Development, said, "This is another great workshop! Throughout the simulated race, our ITIL race team starts from a behind position in Round 1, to become the winning race team by end of Round 2, through the implementation and practice of Service Management (ITIL) processes."

The purpose of the AGM will be to hear and be presented the auditor's report for 2009, a review of the activities from 2009 and the directions and aspirations of the Hong Kong Chapter for 2010. |

ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme has been launched for a period. itSMF would like to provide ITSM practitioners further details on the scheme as well as matters regarding re-certifications and ITIL V3 examinations. |
