Through its partnership with Van Haren Publishing (VHP), one of the most renowned publishers for ITSM titles in Netherlands, the itSMF Hong Kong Chapter is delighted to announce the launch of its e-bookshop facility. This facility allows members of our Chapter and visitors to purchase itSMF titles and other selected ITSM titles on-line all year round with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through this online facility itSMF members will entitle a 15% discount off the published list price from Van Haren.
Affiliated with itSMF International on a global basis, the itSMF Hong Kong Chapter is the major not-for-profit organization in Hong Kong with its sole objective to promote the awareness and application of ITSM best practices centered around the process framework of ITIL. Within our constituencies we strive to serve the ITSM practitioners, ITIL vendors and users in Hong Kong with a full range of support services, and look forward to having any interested individual or party to becoming part of us to realize the mission we have within the Hong Kong community.
